The specified operational time is 6 hours in the specs. Worked effectively in less than an hour and a half with barely audible noise. I sent them in for warranty repair (I purchased them from Amazon), and they responded by saying that they had been working on testing for 3 hours and 15 minutes. That is untrue. Very dissatisfied with the expensive purchase, as well as the warranty service's failure to save the marriage. Other than that, the headphones are top-notch.
