Good quality but I thought that the backs were included and they were not. I should have paid closer attention. That's my feedback.

I was under the impression that the posts had something on them where you just peeled off and stick the post on the earring. Also this post really does not fit or convert clip on earrings to pierced. Very disappointed but no sense in sending item back because it costs more to send item back than its worth.

These are a great size. i feel more confident using these than the small ones ( I think 5mm). I wish I could get more pairs for the price.

I have been making jewelry for 5 years and will continue ordering these for my projects. I feel like all body types accept surgical steel when other metals can be rejected

These are nice, shiny, silver posts. The backings are attractive, too: they have a clear back with a silver center that is very pretty. I will be purchasing more.

These posts arrived right away and were package appropriately. This particular metal posts require a large, flat surface, so buy according - 10 mm is quite large as earring backs go.
