Pictures are deceptive

I thought I was buying a set. Guess I should have read the other reviews. Even the one I got doesn’t look like the ones in the pictures: this one has a pour spout…which is a plus and kept me from giving two stars.

Pros
  • High Temperature Resistance: Withstand temperatures up to 1800℃(3300°F). We recommend preheat the crucible up to about 500℃ and holding about 10 minutes before melting.
Cons
  • Safety concerns

It's exactly what they said it was.

It arrived quickly. I bought it for a Christmas present for my grandson. He said it couldn't have been better. First time I used it to melt aluminum it cracked in half rendering it useless.

Pros
  • Liquid metals don’t stick to inside - so pours and cleans easily.
Cons
  • First time I used it to melt aluminum it cracked in half rendering it useless

Works great! in my review

Ive done 3 burns now and this is holding up very well. Better than others i have tried with that crack and become porous quickly

Pros
  • Lots of excess graphite powder on it and it gets everywhere but it gets the job done.
Cons
  • its alot smaller then i thought
