I'm updating my original review. I liked this, but it only lasted 2 years. I have had it 2 years now, and the glaze inside is all cracked. I don't think it's safe to use as a drinking cup. Very cute mug! Works great and functions well. The only things I've noticed is you have to hold it with your left hand if want the cat face out, you can't microwave it, and it's hard to get the inside clean

Got this as a gift for a coworker. She loves it. She uses it at work only for her tea. She does not put it in the microwave oven and she hand washes it. The white ceramic paint on the inside of the mug is full of cracks and are all filled with tea stains. She does not drink coffee. Very disappointing for both of us.

Lovely cup and spoon set that I got a relative as a birthday gift, when it came in I was almost jealous at how cute this set was and wished that I had gotten one for myself ! I thought my wife would get a kick out of this so I ordered it for her. She absolutely loved it. It arrived in good shape and complete with spoon. Haven't tried it in the dishwasher so I can't speak to that. She only hand washes it. It's a very cute novelty any cat lover would enjoy.

Adorable mug and felt like nice quality when I opened it . however, before I used it, I put hot water in it then relatively gently wiped down the inside of the mug,it cracked into pieces and cut my hand pretty badly.
