Product came extremely well packaged. Some parts had wear marks coming out of the package so I assume it happened during production. I dont know of it will affect its rust resistance, so far it hasnt. Its very sturdy, all of pieces fit perfectly. Looks good overall. The feet are adjustable, so i put the rear feet higher than the front and the slight tilt helps the water roll forward and drip into the sink. Definitely measure the space you plan on placing this! It’s absolutely massive and the pictures do it no justice. Wouldn’t fit in my kitchen and I feel I have a pretty spacious sink area. I ended up having to give this away after trying in a couple of family members kitchens, finally was able to gift to someone who had a big enough space for it to fit. It’s very sturdy but also extremely large. I ended up purchasing a different rack entirely

I love the multiple layers to be to clean more dishes and dry at one time. Wish the dish for silverware was bigger. But highly recommend when ur limited on space and don’t wash dishes everyday. Can stack a lot on here and doesn’t budge

My sink sits above the counter. I measured several times. The distance between the edges is UNDER 33 inches. This will NOT fit. It is at least 1/2 to 3/4 short of fitting. Information says it is 33.9 inches. Not with the feet on. I may take them off and try again. Disappointed

My only complaint is that there’s no way to hang cups on the sides. The little hooks by the utensils won’t even hold a child’s cup but I’m not sure if that’s what they’re even intended for. This isn’t like some others that can be adjusted in width so beware… I thought it was but luckily it fit anyway.

Perfectly packed tight and separated with proper packing material to protect from damage . Everything needed for assembly is included in the package . Make sure to get accurate sink width measurements especially for older American Standard shallow stainless dual sinks. Sink edging may interfere slightly with rack width.

I love how quick and easy it is to assemble. Parts are easily detached to wash and clean throughly, favorite thing in my kitchen!

The overall picture is not clear. I assembled and disassembled because the sides were not on their rightful place therefore the trays could not fit.After right assemble, everything looks good

It works nicely and holds everything up over my sink. It's perfect for small sink areas that lack counter space around the sink.

This came in a box with a hole in it, two top pieces are bent, it doesn’t fit the sink even though we measured it before we bought it, it was missing pieces, we had to use our own tools and washers to make it fit together properly.
