Not Recommended - Interior

I accidentally drove one of my 2014 Chev Suburban key fobs onto a lake. Bought in August 2020 as a replacement. After receiving them, I found that I couldn't program them myself. The dealer wanted an arm and two legs. In March 2021 I found a locksmith who did it for $125. I brought him these remotes but he couldn't program them. May work for some vehicles, but not recommended for Chevrolet Suburban. Also, I would try to find a locksmith quickly so you don't fall out of the return window.

The boards are perfect!

Both remotes for my Yukon Denali fell apart and needed to be replaced. I actually had a new one programmed at our local Sears for $75, but one of the buttons didn't work and I didn't buy the remote. My local dealer charged $150 for the remote and $35 for the programming. I decided to buy Revain remotes and program them myself. The remotes came with a link to a website with programming instructions. The instructions were very clear and it literally took me seconds to find the right setting in my

Will not work directly on 2011-2013 Tahoe/Yukon

I bought these to program my 2013 Yukon. Apparently you won't program them yourself on this post-2010 Yukon model. To see if this works, turn on the key and press the vehicle information button on the dashboard (the vehicle with the i next to it). If the display shows Program Remotes, you can do this. Mine doesn't have that option so it has to be done with a special tool or at the dealer. The dealer wanted $170 to program these remotes, but I found out that Revain ($60) has an OBD connector…

A deal breaker that unfortunately NO ONE mentions!

First of all let me say that all those replacement remotes are killers! ** EXCEPT 1 IMPORTANT POINT! The buttons "protrude" from the face or surface of the device, just enough to be VERY easy to unknowingly activate just by being in your pocket with or without anything else. (See attached image) I'm not exaggerating when I say there hasn't been a day that I've discovered that my rear access window or door locks somehow worked without my knowledge! I read a ton of reviews before purchasing and…

BUY THIS! - Keyless entry systems

Thank you to all the good and clean in this world for finding this brand of replacement key fob! I'm here to tell you that I was only two seconds away from ripping up my car and throwing everything on the wall like She-Hulk when it dawned on me that the problem might be in the chip in the key fob. I selected these reviews and felt I should add my own to help others. I have a 2007 Tahoe and when I got it in the mail I went to the website on the card that came with the package. I received…
