    Worst product ever, disappointed with the purchase.

    Took for a child's birthday. 1. The box came wrinkled. 2. Read the instructions, watch the video. Started the pen. The handle heats up, rumbles, but the plastic does not go away. They opened the lid and quickly established the cause: closer to the heating zone, the plastic supply duct (white plastic tube) was bent into a "ram's horn", the tube, accordingly, became shorter. When fed, plastic does not enter the channel, but even if it does, it does not reach the heating zone. Wrote for a refund…

    Absolutely unusable product, not suitable for use.

    I ordered this 3D pen for an 8-year-old child. The seller decided that the pop-it is MUCH MORE IMPORTANT for the buyer than the device itself. There are NO instructions in the kit, there is no warranty card and stencils, but there are already TWO PIECES of pop-its. And even I closed my eyes to all this, since my son was very much looking forward to this purchase. Less than 30 minutes later, the handle simply stopped turning on. Very, very sad.
