Bought this product on 22nd February 2019 It was comfortable, beautiful but now it's falling apart. From the attached picture, you can see that the beach scene has disappeared, there are many air bubbles in the palm rest, and the gel is leaking. As this falls under a 1 year warranty please send a replacement. And to speed up delivery, it's disgusting.

bought both 3M Precise Mouse Pad with Gel Wrist Rest and 3M Gel Wrist Rest for Keyboard. They are both good but not excellent in my opinion. the plastic sticker on the mousepad wasn't 100% stuck to the silicone base from day one - my wife didn't mind it so i let it slide. Realizing that computer use was causing my wrist problems I ordered this mat after buying and returning 2 different mats which advertised as "gel" but was really just hard foam covered with fabric. This one, as you can clearly see, is actually a gel.
