I needed to update an address tag I originally received from the local fire department. The 6" wide strap is perfect. Advertised as 3M. But I haven't seen any marking on the box or on the product itself that actually says 3M.

Sorry I haven't used the pole yet so I can't make a valid claim yet. The reflection is strong and bright, I mounted it on a pole and tested visibility at 50, 100, 200 and up to 500 feet. Recoil was good when using the 4 element mag. Actually better than a STOP sign.
