I have been using Speedglas 3M masks for over 20 years.
Tested and worked with different mask manufacturers ( Optrel / Esab / Tecmen )
But Speedglas came to me specifically))
And for me personally, there is no better. π

The adjustment tab on my hat came loose when the wind blew off the curtain and hit me on the head. I was concerned that my lens would not fit in my spare helmet. Everything came back perfect.
It's nice that 3M is offering this considering how much you spent on the entire kit. It's about the same price as a cheap flame decal helmet or a naked girl playing poker, but if you just save some money and buy a 3M 9100 that will actually protect your eyes when it starts to look a little battered, you will You do it Order it and it's like getting a brand new helmet.
My 9100FX broke so I bought this to replace. The filter goes perfectly with it (I asked a question but didn't get an answer so I bought it to try anyway). to its lighter weight. I bought the FX thinking a pop up filter would be handy, but it turned out I rarely used it, didn't hold my hood up and was too heavy (the front is heavy to weld and weighs down my neck). I should have gone with it from the start. The only thing I don't like about this setting (not the hood itself but the filter) isβ¦
