There were high hopes! for computer accessories and peripherals

Was very impressed when I first received it. Seems extremely versatile, but we've only used it with our MacBook Pro to connect a USB mouse. However, within a month the plug immediately broke (the laptop is at home, so it was only connected/disconnected about half a dozen times). We're now outside the returns window and there don't seem to be any support or manufacturer warranty options that I can see. It seems to be a general problem. 😕

Saved my life while my computer was being repaired. Samsung Dex saves lives.

Great product If you have a Samsung Dex compatible phone. It replaced my computer when it broke in late 2000 when nothing was available and my computer was at the store. If you have a recently released Dex-compatible device, it's worth buying something like this in case your computer breaks. This allows you to connect a USB keyboard, USB mouse and USB sticks if you don't have Bluetooth products, and it connects to TVs or monitors via HDMI.

Works great with many different devices, DEX, MacBook Pro, iPad Pro

I received this for a Samsung S10e phone and the DEX works over HDMI at 1080P 60Hz with a wired gaming mouse and keyboard (also tested with Logitech wireless keyboard). I'm actually writing this review from my phone which I use as a full PC, so I'm happy with everything. too much of. I also tested the HDMI output on a MacBook Pro (1080P, 60Hz) and an iPad Pro 11 (mirror portrait and landscape) and both worked great, even the keyboard.
