Hypoallergenic Down-Alternative Bed Pillow Set - 4 Pack (Standard Size) Review

Firstly I am satisfied with the way they were delivered, the speed with which I received the product and the overall quality initially. My main issue (the most important) is that these pillows are marketed as medium firmness. They are clearly not of medium hardness. They are pretty plush and soft. I sleep on my side and my head sinks so deep into her that it seems like the sides of the recess are covering my face. Too soft to be called "average" company. I am thinking of returning.

Just opened my new pillows - extremely disappointed with the quality. They look and feel like $2.99 pillows at Walmart. They also have a strange smell.
