The wool blend is noticeably warmer than my cotton socks. It has a soft elastic. I've run them through the wash a few times now and they do pill some, but it doesn't take away from the warmth and comfort. They're my favorite socks in the drawer. And.cats! What is not to love.

I got the "purple” assorted colors, and these are not thick socks at all! They are part wool, and rather warm, but they are just a normal weight sock. The patterns and colors are prettier in person.

I just ordered a whole other set of these sox! I love them! I've always been highly allergic to wool and I ordered these sox not knowing they had 35%. I almost returned them when I saw the label but my feet were cold so I decided to try them. NO problem, I can't even feel it. They're perfectly soft, no scratchy feel whatsoever. Not only that, but my feet aren't cold anymore, just the perfect temp. These sox are also a nice thickness, neither too thin or too thick and the colors are perfect.
