Purchased to use as OS disk in Raspberry Pi. All 4 failed in less than a month. All have been formatted and loaded once. The SD cards I've previously used for this have lasted at least a year, many more, and survived multiple OS formats and boots.

BUYER WARNING - I have received LOWER QUALITY cards! Sold as Class 3 "U3" but received Class 1 UHS-1 (see attached image). UHS-1 Class 1 has a minimum write speed of 10MB/s (NOT compatible with 4K) and Class 3 has a minimum write speed of 30MB. /With.

This review is in 2020. At the time of writing these are SD cards at a really great price. I use them on my Wyze cameras, they give me great camera video capture options. I haven't had any issues or crashes with any card. Great price, great product.

I'm using this chip for my new Go Pro Hero5 and it mostly works when I'm shooting 2.7K video at 60fps but it gives every few minutes glitches and I took screenshots to show you. maybe it's a bad chip or maybe all chips do it. I'm not sure, but I'll probably return it and try another. If the problem persists, return a second one and try a different brand. Sandisk is the best for me but it's way more money I wanted to try this one. Here in the photo, purple lines can be seen throughout the video.

Can't speak to durability yet but it will be in my DVR and if there are any issues I will update here. I ran basic tests to make sure the capacity is 64GB and full read/write tests followed by a speed test. So far so good, it lives up to its specs with read speeds up to 95MB/s and pretty good write speeds (up to 45MB/s). This is my second Gigastone product and I would say it is excellent value for money. If they also keep their guarantee promise, I'm pretty sure they could become a major player

I've had a Gigastone 4K Game Pro (Red) for over 2 years and it still works in my DVR, no problem. I just received this black version and decided to use the same ATTO Disk Test and as you can see in the attached image the write speed is 40MB/s and the read speed is over 90MB/s! That's great! I've used several Gigastone SD cards over the years and never had a problem. However, this 256GB card was different. I took about 20GB of photos at the wedding and tried to upload them to my computer but the card froze. DEAD CARD. The dreaded "This card is write-protected" message.
