I received my pendant and chain today, the pendant had smudges on it as if it had been handled and not cleaned afterwards. The screw cap did not fit into the pendant at all, the cap was not even attached to the pendant when it arrived (that should’ve been a red flag). The chain fell out of the box, was not packaged with the pendant and it is a cheap garbage chain. The silver cleaning cloth that was supposed to be included was not in the box either. I bought 2 of these; one for myself and another for my sister, to have a small amount of our fathers ashes placed inside. The funeral home took care of this for us so I cannot comment on how they were to fill. All I can say is this is a very beautiful and well- made pendant. I know it will last for many years to come. I have received many compliments on it.

I love this so much, I can carry my son with me! The only complaint I have is the jump ring is way too small. However, since I am a Jewelry consultant I had extenders that I used and now I can put it on myself!Also it does scratch easily if you lay the chain on top of it when you take it off so be careful!I truly love it though and get complements all the time!

Other than the chain, necklace is beautiful I was able to find a great everyday necklace for my grandmother for the ashes of my grandfather I like this necklace because it's not so in your face about being a necklace holding ashes is for the loved one to know not everyone else in the world very pleased my grandmother love the gift.

Nice piece but difficult to fill. I used smallest funnel I have and taped it in place with masking tape. Cover the entire pendant with tape so when you gently put it in a vise to hold it as you fill, it will not scratch the surface. Or another person could lightly hold it with a pair of pliers while you fill it. When full be sure to tap it vertically and use a sharp toothpick to clean the inner threads so the top can be re-attached.

I really love the pendant, it's very cute. I cannot speak about the chain because I don't use that short of chain. But the pendant is prettier than pictured.
