Best in Wellness & Relaxation Household Items

Now that we have her, we can't be without this little beauty. The ball is big enough to really hit those problem areas. However, he communicates so well despite his size. You can actually feel the knots as you walk over them so you can locate the pressure and unroll them! And with blue dots, too beautiful. We love it!

Exactly what the doctor ordered

Well, he didn't actually order it and might not even agree to use it. his loss. My first impression after receiving and handling the 4 inch ball was that it was too hard. But after use it turned out to be quite different. it affects different parts of my body. And unlike inflated or inflated balls, it doesn't flatten or lengthen. So I think we have a winner. I am happy.

Slippery. on Massage Tools & Equipment

I love that the balls come in different sizes. It seems to me that solving the "traps" works best with a 4 inch ball, your results may vary. They compress easily which makes them more comfortable to wear than some other brands. I use them on the carpet. I have found them to want to slide away from me more than others - the material they are made of slides on the surface I use them on more than I would like making them difficult to keep in the desired position .
