RED CASE VS BLACK CASE

I tested with two LiLLIPUT A7S, a RED CASE and a BLACK, using the same settings on both monitors. As a result, a monitor with a red housing has a much lower resolution. Or maybe the red case of the monitor is broken. That is possible? May be.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Nothing

No menu settings for Video Studio

WELL I was totally disappointed with this purchase and am returning it. The color was yellowish and the saturation or temperature of the hue could not be adjusted. Why do I need a monitor that cannot display good colors? or adjust? No menu for anything other than brightness. Did you connect a power supply with a very short cable? I looked at 5 inch models but have now completely given up on Lulliput.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Quick guide

I ordered a black case but the red one came. Why?

I ordered the black case version but the box came with a RED case. We'll be disappointed with the red if I ordered all black. This monitor works well, light weight, good size. I wish the ball joint mount was a different mount as it sucks and doesn't hold securely. I had to order another mount as the ball joint just sucks. It would be great if there were more function keys. Deducted a few stars for the wrong color.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Socket required

For what you get it's pretty amazing. I would like to see two things.

For what you get it's pretty amazing. I would like to improve two things. First, the screen is very easy to get fingerprints on and I cleaned it constantly. Second, the screw mount is cheap and I feel like it can be ripped off fairly easily if I'm not careful. It's technically metal, but it's surrounded by very flimsy plastic and I can feel it twisting when I try to attach the screen firmly.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Negative Impression

I received a random color, not black as described.

I've been a Lilliputian fan for a long time and this monitor seems like a good upgrade from my previous model. Since I wanted my field monitor to look decent, I ordered this black version. Upon arrival, however, I was greeted by a bright red version. Also, the LP6 battery plate adapter easily falls off the monitor mount and hardly fits into the LP6 battery. There is also a small red LED that is always lit when a battery is installed. It works, but getting an item other than what is described is

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Problems

Comparison of Lilliput A7S, Andycine A6 and Ikan DH5e

I was looking for an inexpensive ($250 or less) field monitor to check exposure and focus on my GH5. First I tried Andycine A6. I liked the price (around $190), small size, image quality, and light weight. However, the lack of audiometers bothered me and I found the delay annoying. I also had occasional connection issues so I sent it back. I then tried the Ikan DH5e, which I found needed for around $200. The DH5e solved the issues I had with the A6 and overall feels like a more thoughtful piece

Pros
  • Build Quality
Cons
  • Vulgarity
