Fits Silverado 1500HD from 2002

Fits well for Silverado 1500HD from 2002. The outer diameter is a little smaller than the original, so you need small hose clamps. Do not reuse factory spring clips.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • confused

Works as advertised, can't give a bad review.

Works as advertised, can't give a bad review just because it's a plain black hose. The custom shape made installation a breeze.

  • Looking forward to

ACDelco Molded Throttle Body Hose 18206

The shape and length are the same as the original hose on my 2005 Tahoe, but the outside diameter of this replacement hose is slightly smaller than the original hose. This meant the spring clamps originally on the truck couldn't clamp this hose so I had to use other clamps I had on hand. on the other side of the throttle body, but you can always buy a 4" long 1/4" hose at the parts store if you can get the four small hose clamps you need to attach both sides of the throttle body. cooling…

Pros
  • Good Build
Cons
  • No

Good quality Exact fit

Exact fit, good quality. Be sure to thread it through all the clips and latches. Take a picture with your phone for reference. Failure to heed this warning will result in the poly V-belt tensioner pulley having a hole in the hose.

Pros
  • Comes with a protective sleeve to copy GM designs for proper fit and function
Cons
  • Thin

This one did the job

This hose conforms to all the curves of the original. The inside of the hose fitted perfectly, but the outside must have been slightly smaller than the original on my truck as that was the only time the original clamps didn't fit the hose snugly. Doesn't matter. I just installed new clamps. I'd rather it fit all curves on this issue than delve into some sort of direct hose fit.

Pros
  • Has all the qualities of a regular replacement coolant hose
Cons
  • Too long to wait

Bore too small for heater

This suggests it will fit a 2004 Buick Lesabre from expansion tank to radiator, but it is true not. The hose is too small in diameter to fit the fittings. It took me a month to replace the coolant manifold and heater hoses and didn't know it wasn't going to work until the return window closed. It's the right shape and looks like it would work if it wasn't for the undersized diameter.

Pros
  • Less than 500 part numbers for over 1200 uses to maximize coverage and reduce inventory
Cons
  • Empty

Radiator to Throttle Body Hose

This hose runs from the radiator to the throttle body. The ignition is attached to clamps on the upper radiator hose. It may seem too short at first, but it actually connects just below the throttle body when the top fan cover is removed. Then there is a short 4 inch piece of hose that connects to the throttle body at the top of the engine manifold and no replacement is listed for that piece of hose.

Pros
  • Installs without kinking, stretching or tension at the joint for ease of installation
Cons
  • Weak Set
