Didn't work on my 2005 Chevy Equinox at first. So I pulled the washer pump fuse for a few seconds to reset it. Fuse back in and bingo again, washer fluid, no more dirty windshield.

I probably didn't need it after all. When I removed the old one I noticed that the intake screen was very dirty and probably anything wrong with the washers. Since I disassembled it I installed a new one and it works great.
