Totally Surprised! This is my 6th set. Usually they are old and dried up, so in a few months they will blow. It's actually new. They should hold me for years. I'm happy!👍

The speaker is a new working speaker. But it's not a 2 ohm speaker like the 4th Gen AM/Camaro with the Monsoon system needs. This is not a direct factory replacement.

This is a direct factory replacement - used on a 1999 Trans Am with a factory Monsoon audio system. The fit was perfect and very easy to assemble. The sound isn't very good (like the original), but if you want your Trans Am to be completely original, this is for you.

This replacement part appears to be a GM part and looks, fits and sounds exactly like the original. It has wires and a connector for easy connection to the mating connector on the car. Simply keep your vehicle's original screws and captive nuts and reuse them to install this speaker. About 10 minutes work.

Received a pair of these speakers with the usual speed I have come to expect and appreciate from Revain. The packaging left a lot to be desired, but both arrived intact. This is a direct replacement for Monsoon sail fairing subwoofers so the fit was perfect and the wiring already connected. I installed them in less than 10 minutes. The sound is much better than the original speakers before they exploded. I would buy them again anytime, but hopefully it won't be long.

I have a 1997 Firebird Trans Am, that purchase alone was worth it to become Prime Minister. No soldering required to adapt to the Monsoon system - my old speakers sounded like crap (what do you expect from factory speakers in 20 years?) These are factory speakers - not the high tech stuff you find in aftermarket components - as far as I can tell these are typical factory made paper cones.
