ACT Anticavity Fluoride Mouthwash Accurate Review

My dental hygienist recommended that I use this mouthwash over Crest as it contains no alcohol. My sensitive gums and teeth have improved a lot with this and the Sensitivity Toothpaste. pain or discomfort. I use it before bed so it lasts longer while I sleep. my gums and my teeth.

I've tried all kinds of mouthwashes from different brands and flavors. ACT has always been my favorite. No alcohol is absolutely necessary (and better for your mouth). Many other mouthwashes still bite or sting when used and often my mouth gets very dry after use. ACT does neither. My mouth feels fresh, clean and wonderful after use. I recently went to a dentist for the first time in over 5 years and he commented on how healthy my teeth are and using ACT mouthwash probably helped.

I saw a video where the dentist said if you use mouthwash after brushing your teeth you should use Floride mouthwash. Apparently, a non-flora mouthwash will remove the florid that toothpaste gave you. So I switched from Listerine to this one. I used to think Listerine Burn worked better. But apparently it's just marketing or something. In any case, this tastes better, does not burn and ensures stronger teeth for stronger teeth. This is a win for me and I will continue to use this brand. Again…
