I love this product! Wearing a face mask has been my savior in battling acne for the past year. I wish I had had this when I was a teenager!

This is not the usual ACURE cleaner I've used before. It's not the same consistency at all. Look for one that has the ALLURE stamp on the container. This is the one you want.</p>

They changed the formula! The texture and size of the granules make the peeling effect incompatible and harsh on your skin. It's so abrasive and my skin just feels mediocre. Back to the original formula! That got all the awards and accolades!

Although I normally use this product on my face and hands, I use it to exfoliate a freshly shaved private area. Smooth; smooth! The sand in the product works wonders to get rid of the old, flaky skin on my bag as well as whatever "duck butter" smell they call it. So I've been using this for a while and as another reviewer mentioned I think they changed the formula. It smells different and what they use as sand seems to be different too. I don't know exactly how to explain it, but it's like the granular material is thicker, but there is less of it. I'll try to be honest, but so far I'm not a fan of the change, which disappoints me a lot because it was my favorite cleanser.

There was a gap of approximately 1/2 inch in the tubing and product was leaking. The packaging was not damaged, so happened before shipping. I don't know how the person who packed it didn't notice the product leaking out of the tube. Very disappointed, I wanted to use it.

I really loved this product, it worked well and brightened my skin. BUT it clogged my drains. My sink started leaking and when my husband took the pipes apart it was FULL of all the leftovers of this product.
