I don't usually rate a product badly, but this one has it. Because they are two pieces, when put together, they remain unconnected. I had to secure it with tape. The price has been found. This is the making of the product.

I've only had this product a day so there's still time to be disappointed. However, this replacement charger is very durable. It seems to charge a little faster, but my Chromebook Acer R11 still charges in just over 30 minutes. I opted for the 65W upgrade to give it a little more potential juice when needed.

Price and quality are excellent for this power cord. Much more durable than what actually came with the laptop. Charges quickly and actually seems charged longer than before. I looked at a few of these and actually wanted to buy a more expensive one because I figured at such a good price it must be crap. Man I'm so glad I read and re-read all of these reviews because I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Arrived very quickly, the next day after ordering!

Charges my computer but doesn't fit my Acer Chromebook. It dangles a little in the charging port. Fortunately, the company has reached out to me very apologetically and accommodating regarding this issue. Not only did they give me a full refund of the money I spent on the charger (gift card refund), they also sent me the charger of my choice for my inconvenience so I could keep the original as well. I bought this charger after the one that came with my laptop broke. To my dismay, the damn thing doesn't work. I connected it to my laptop to see sparks of fire as soon as it touched my laptop's insert. I was too scared to use it for a few minutes. When I finally tried to plug it all the way in, it wouldn't charge at all, despite the crackling sound of burning and sparks.
