Sleeve Ruffles Sewn On Uneven

Giving the dress 2 stars because it fit true to size and the color and fabric are nice. However, the ruffles on the sleeves are uneven and the difference is too dramatic to hide. I will be returning this dress. Otherwise the dress would be very cute!
