Terrible customer service and buggy

I like that they had an easy to use interface with lots of features at no extra cost! It was hard finding specific information about my account or how it works in general so we ended up calling them which made things even more frustrating since their support staff are pretty awful!! Also there were many bugs when using this software but you can't really complain because everything else out here costs money haha.
