Affiliated Monitoring Review

I like how easy it was for me as an engineer (not customer service) rep to get up-to speed with all of my colleagues in different offices! This is great because if one office needs help from another area we would not have so much trouble communicating quickly about what's going wrong or getting things done together efficiently.
