Cons: The lid has a sticky, oily substance that comes off on your hands and is hard to wash off. The lid is difficult to screw on and off, as if the fit is off. Too tiny and too expensive for these types of issues.Pros: Pretty case, pretty urn.

I received my ring and it hardly has any blue on it. It's mostly silver. When I took off the cover it was a back color around the neck of the rim. Don't like it. Will find another one.

Very nice design in light blue complements the siver tone well. If my brother was alive he would have approved. It looks at peace as he is at peace. It looks like a spice shaker. It's not tacky on my dinning room hutch.

We order two different colors Blue and silver and they were both nice but we had decided that we wanted just one color, so we asked to return which went quite smoothly and then order more of the blue ones,

The urn comes in a case with the "Smartchoice" label on the front, which can be a bit offsetting. The urn itself is cute and seems like it has nice detailing from afar, but as you get closer you can see that it's not done with careful craftsmanship. The urn itself was a bit dirty and had a weird sticky black residue on the inside. It was fine after I washed it.Overall, it does just fine for my purposes but I wish it were a bit better quality.

It was difficult to shop for urns for my own sister, and the funeral home prices were 3 or 4x as much as this. The keepsake urn is lovely, and exactly to the funeral director's specifications, and for only $15! Thank you for making a difficult time less difficult.

I am extremely underwhelmed with this product. I ordered others in a similar pattern that were beautiful but they only came in a pack of 4 and I only needed 1 more. Disappointing, to say the least.
