The first 3 kites we bought for our grandchildren had broken bars but I reported the problem to the company and they replaced them immediately. My grandchildren are delighted! The material of the kites is very strong and durable, it will withstand our windy days. The kids also love the bright colors of the rainbow and I love that the prices are reasonable. Many thanks to Diamond Kite for solving the problem promptly. I will definitely buy more kites from you in the future!

Not a garbage bag like the dragons of my youth, but a very nice (nylon?) canvas in bright colors with a long flowing tail. I've never flown diamond kites but I've heard they are tougher than delta kites - no. The creature leaped into the air and taut the line every 300 feet in very light winds. I need more rope! Great kite, easy to put together - just remember the sticks are NOT facing you when you fly and tie the rope to the rope loop, not the plastic loop holding the sticks. It was a 3 minute

I don't usually give 5 star reviews but this company deserves it the good old way with a quality product and support. My original order was missing a part and all it took was an email to get another one as soon as possible. They even contacted me to make sure everything is ok and I'm happy with the product. This kite is pretty damn close to being fully assembled. The fabric is durable nylon, as is the tail, and the thread is also of good quality, although it does start to tangle after a few flights if you're not careful to put it back on the spindle. it works I am not a commercial pilot. In fact, I haven't flown it in probably 40 years or more. But the first time I just picked the kite up, the wind picked it up and it flew away until all the line was unwound.
