I am not at all satisfied with the way this product works. You get those tiny puffs of fragrance that last seconds. Sorry but it's a swing and a miss.

That didn't even deserve 1 star. When I opened the box, you could see that the oil was leaking out. You could smell it and everything was greasy. I want to change the oil. I needed a diffuser to use with other oils I have. That works fine. I've attached a photo to show you how it came to me.

I have already given this product a negative rating. I want to say that this is a good product. As easy as this is to set up, it seems I got it wrong. My son discovered that I hadn't removed the cap from the oil tank. Now I have three clocks at home that are set to different times. The smell of eucalyptus is not disturbing at all. Simply soothing and pleasant.

I bought several of these to put in different rooms. This feeling is very strong, so make sure you get a like. I like that it's more like a mist than a spray. I wish I had more variety in this product but I'm sure there will be more. The price is comparable to the store. It ships quickly and makes my house smell so much better. :-)

defective. It is brand new and flashes blue every 60 seconds for a period of 8 hours with no oil mist spray. It is set up correctly. I would send it back but I already threw away all the packaging. Very disappointed! I could give no stars. I ended up buying it at the store and it works great. So I only feel the feeling of a defective product here. Shame!

I have one in a very small bathroom, set to maximum intensity, and you won't even smell it unless you get in at the exact moment my little mist falls - which, by the way, almost never happens. Supposedly it runs for 8 hours and then turns off at 4pm. I turned it off and then turned it on at other times of the day when we go there often and we still don't smell it. Yankee Candles burned forever. Then started with a diffuser for water and essential oils, what a mess. Who Needs More Hydration? I have completed Scentsy. I still love it when the wax melts. But I love the Air Wick plugs and these kids. I've bought 10 so far. One for my truck. Since I've had them, not a single diffuser has failed. I installed them one by one. I just love this system. I am very sensitive to smells. This system isn't overpowering and releases just the right amount of fragrance to keep your room smelling fresh and clean. Love the fact that you have about 5 settings to choose whisper time. It is 100% silent, absolutely silent as it triggers soft whispers. I'm happy with it and bought another one for my bedroom.

As the same thing happened to 2 other customers I was disappointed I received it damaged! What is the probability that this happened three times? More than half of the essential oil bottle clearly leaked in the plastic packaging. I would say about 80% of the oil spilled without even opening the package. I'm glad I noticed before I opened the package and found the oil everywhere. You can see how much leaked in my photos. Replacement requested which is on the way. I hope nothing spills this time…
