Description of 🛏️ AirflowBaby Essential Mesh Crib Liner - White, 9-Inch Height, Compatible with Four-Sided Slatted and Solid Back Cribs

Polyester. TRUSTED: The newest edition to the BreathableBaby family, the makers of the original, patented mesh crib liner with millions sold since 2002. HELPS PREVENT ENTRAPMENT: Helps prevent arms and legs from getting stuck between crib slats. Keeps pacifiers inside and provides a visual shield to help provide a more peaceful night’s sleep. AIRFLOW MESH: Made from airflow breathable mesh, without any padding to restrict airflow. Our carefully selected airflow mesh is highly permeable. SIZE: 9” vertical coverage. 1 long panel (9”H x 111” L) and 1 short panel (9” H x 82” L). EASY TO INSTALL: Smartly adjusts to fit four-sided slatted and solid-back cribs. Does not fit mini cribs or cribs with attached changing tables. Must be taut when installed with bottom edge 1” below the top of the mattresses. If not taut, try a Classic or Deluxe mesh liner, which have stiffer meshes and fit some cribs styles better.

Not ideal for baby bedding

Material meets my expectations but I was struggling to make the right choice and never felt the way I wanted. I don't like the strings - they didn't match the bars of our crib. The bumper can also be easily moved up and down with cable ties. My son still twists his leg, but not as often as he used to.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Modern

Protects the baby without outward appearance!

barely visible mesh bumper! As pediatricians recommend NOT using bulky bumpers (they contribute to SIDS), this is a great alternative to keep baby's arms and legs in the cradle. Not easy to put on, but the instructions help! I really like that it combines an inconspicuous look and security.

never mind for bedding

Update: Please don't waste your money, this product won't go to bed, especially if you have a 7-month-old baby who loves to stand on it. No matter how tight you tighten them or how closely you follow the directions, they just won't hold up. I struggled more with having her legs stuck between the mesh and the mattress than with her legs going through the bars. I bought this to prevent my baby's feet from getting stuck between the cracks in her crib. Stay on top and I'm about as tight as it gets.

  • Easy-to-read control panel
Cons
  • Incredible piggy bank

Works to the max

It was difficult to set up, but worked well for the first few months. Now that our daughter has learned to move and lift her legs, she grabs the net and slips her legs through and through the slats. The other day she got stuck face down for the first time in her life. Luckily she started crying for us to reach her but it IS NOT SAFE if your baby knows how to move their body/legs. There is nothing to hold the net in place other than soft ties that slip off the slats rendering the net unusable…

Suction protection in the children's room

My son's nipples kept falling behind the bed and when they fell out the front, my dog chewed them. We lost so many pacifiers and I'm tired of buying so many. Eventually I pulled out the cot and there were 7 people behind it. Not to mention waking up in the middle of the night and crying when the pacifier was thrown away. I am very happy with this purchase as I no longer have to worry about the pacifier being thrown away or my dog chewing on it. It also keeps my dog from putting his paws in the…

It would be better with more ties

It's ok. This keeps my daughter from accidentally dropping the binky out of the crib, but she easily pulls it towards the crib (then throws her binky out on purpose so I have to go to her nursery 🤦🏼‍♀️). It also didn't fit her STANDARD size crib very well because the ends have velcro so I could either just barely get the velcro at the top or it would be too loose if I pushed a bar backwards because of the Velcro strip is not that long. I think if there were more drawstrings throughout and the

Great baby bed trap

So far I am very satisfied with this product. I only bought it to keep pacifiers in the cradle. We adhered to the AAP safe sleep guidelines as babies, and now that we're toddlers I find it more comfortable to have "extra" items in the crib. I installed it around the base of the crib and threaded it through the rails. So the bottom sits on the base of the crib and rises about 3 inches or so above the mattress. Since all I really need is to keep the pacifiers inside, I'm not worried about my…

Don't listen to people who say “it wobbles”, it “falls”

Anyone who says this product doesn't last/stay is definitely wearing it wrong. I struggled because I dropped the instructions and didn't realize they came with them. Once I found them it was pretty easy, and if your cribs are a few slates smaller, just move the end from the first slate on the side to the second or third, which always makes it snug. If your kid rips it off, then they clearly don't need bumpers. Bought because my daughter likes to stand right on the edge of the crib, pack and…
