Image is misleading. This product has recently been "reformulated". This is no longer "even an advanced night cream" but "a smooth and radiant renewal cream." All of these reviews relate to a discontinued product. I won't be using the newer version, I tried it once and was disappointed. 2 different products here Photo of one and description of the other. I am very disappointed that I did not receive what I ordered. others said the same. The image shows a thicker, richer product. The written description describes a lighter product. Buyer beware. both good products and equally great Alba but not as pictured! In my frustration, I called Alba (888) 659-7730. The guy said that sometimes they return the product if there is enough outrage.

You should use this every night and see a noticeable difference after about two weeks. I have horrible skin shelves and have been using it sporadically since I bought it a few months ago and doubt I've used it every night for at least two weeks so can't comment on how well it performs in that regard. What I can tell you is that my skin is visibly softer and smoother when I wake up in the morning. I'm very lucky that I don't get breakouts that often, but I think this cream helps keep them at bay
