Item has been opened and unsealed. Due to the pandemic I have not been able to contact the seller or receive a response that my item was unsealed. Looks like a different cream was poured in. I can't comment on the results as I didn't know if this was the product I was expecting, I didn't use it.

This is the best thing in the world. I totally recommend it even if you haven't treated your hair with keratin before. And indeed if you are looking for the best keratin this is it because if you have straight hair you can have it but even if you want curly hair you can still get it. This will help you get rid of any frizz you may have in your hair and I say this because I've been using it for about a year and a half and have curly hair but prefer to wear it straight. This is the best!

I like this product a lot. It makes my hair smooth and helps it retain moisture. I didn't like that the lid of the product was broken and it wasn't packaged carefully. However, I kept it because I love this product.
