I needed this towel rail for a guest bathroom that didn't have room for a towel rail on the wall. It arrived looking very nice and sturdy but not all the details were included. I am extremely disappointed.

I bought a towel rail to use in the shower to hold the shower mat. It's not very durable and my right arm broke after the first week, I'm still using it just have to be a lot more careful not to drop it.

The instructions are very clear and simple. Set up the shelf in about 5 minutes. It has a heavy base that makes the rack very strong and stable. It also won't tip over with three very heavy wet towels hanging to one side. Even if the cat is hanging on the towel, it has not yet passed out. It looks very nice with a nice chrome shine.

Pros: solid heavy base, good matte metal material (suitable for many decors), very easy to install <5 minutes Cons: rod needs to be re-screwed from time to time on the floor; makes a click/click sound when not using another retractable arm from an extra pole hitting a standing pole. Therefore some kind of clamp has to be included/constructed to hold the two bars together so that you don't have to hear annoying noises when using it.

I haven't found anything I didn't like. Well made and sturdy and looks very large. Looks great in my master bathroom and brightens up the room. When not using it you can put both hands down and when using both hands up, or one down and one up. Very easy to implement as it only takes a second to lower or raise your hand. Very comfortable and beautiful appearance and well made. Happy customer! Thank you Revain for a great product!

I bought this to display items at craft fairs. I love the fact that the handles fold down so I can easily carry it from place to place. It's just the right height so I can put it on a table and still display items. The base is a good weight, not too heavy but not light either. I'm not sure I'll ever consider putting a very heavy wet towel on a stand (near the pool). It feels like your arms can't handle the weight.

Great item for a small bathroom. We bought a house that was built in the 80's and the master bathroom is literally so small I just don't have room to hang my towel to dry.
