Performance not as advertised

This is not a 150 watt power supply. According to my measurements, it only delivers 90 watts. Also, the Alienware laptop I bought it for says it doesn't support this power supply either. I've tried other adapters and they work fine. So it's not as advertised. We'd greatly appreciate a full refund or shipping a 150W or larger model.

Charged for several months - now it does not charge the laptop at all

I was very upset that it worked fine for several months and then the laptop just stopped charging. I used the original Dell OEM charger and it charged fine, but for some reason this charger only works without charging the laptop. I can't help but wonder if Dell intentionally disabled the ability to charge with third-party chargers since so many people are complaining about the same thing. I can't imagine what a seller can do when so many people are complaining - hopefully there is a solution…

You get what you pay for

I bought this because the Dell factory PSU stopped charging my laptop after about two and a half years. You get what you pay for with this power supply. It works, but I'm not connected to my laptop. The cable keeps falling out of my laptop. The cable is not long. It works and charges my laptop, not as good as the factory adapter.

I use with M4800 and M4600, everything works as it should.

Purchased to work with two different laptops (Dell M4800 and M4600). Bought 2019, now 2021 and everything works great. I'm so happy with it that I'm actually buying another one so I can use both of my laptops at the same time. I figured since I liked it so much that I bought a second one, I might as well give the product a good review.

I bought this power supply as an add on to use my old Dell Precision M4700 at home without having to take the original power supply from the office.
