Handy little spoon in the kitchen. It's smaller than I expected, but it's not the size that matters, it's how you use it. It works like a spell for poached eggs. The flat rim is the perfect size (for poached eggs) and acts like a spatula to scrape off any bits of egg stuck to the bottom of the pan.
