Ideal for small eyeliner mistakes. Non-greasy

My favorite makeup remover and I've tried many. I like that it's not greasy. Use it to correct small eyeliner mistakes. You simply dip the pretty tip and rub. Also ideal for removing all make-up at night. I mainly use it for Opsis though.
