It's okay but some of them lose fibers and if you accidentally apply a little more pressure the microfiber can be lost entirely :)

Maybe it's my inexperience with sensor cleaning but the swabs seem to do a good job on 90-95% of the sensor leaving a streak of dirt and smudges near the end position the final blow. I used most of the swabs in the box just for the first attempt at cleaning the transducer. These are the first tampons I've bought so I can't compare them to other brands.
