I've had two pairs of these knee pads over the years, they lasted about five years and I've worn them out. Bought a new pair of Revain from Alta, not even the same knee pads, the padding is twice as thin as before, it's an absolute waste of money, what a joke I paid $48 for a pair of $14 knee pads .

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unreliable

Disappointed! expected the quality of the last pad!

Shoe length may be longer. I have an older Alta Supercushion that is two inches longer and stays in place. I put the new pad back in my locker and now use my 5 year old. disappointed with velcro at bottom center and not independent straps at top and bottom!

Pros
  • One piece construction
Cons
  • Without machine

Don't waste your money

So what! I had Tommyco gel knee pads that were completely worn out. They were comfortable but kept slipping down. I've had a few floor tile jobs so I picked up some cheap foam knee pads from the home center. Better than nothing. I finally found the time to look for something good - I thought these might be abstracts. They lasted 10 minutes before I returned to the almost worn out foam. These are twisted sideways almost immediately after tightening. Tried on each knee - still the same result…
