When I received my headphones in the mail I was so excited that I charged them right away. Unfortunately they turned out to be buggy and I had to call their support team to find out and they didn't work. I'm still under warranty so I'm getting a new pair in the mail but that's a bit annoying. 2 of them shorted, last one lasted less than 6 months. The insulation of the wires from the battery and control units is, so to speak, silicone and elastic. It's not good for the wiring in them. Both sets are shorted where they went in and the wires in the insulation are like tiny hairs. I had an old Altec Lansing Bluetooth headset that lasted 2 years. I haven't had any problems with them. I decided to buy this new updated edition as my old ones were completely burned out. I have no idea the hooks and earbud were one piece (rather than separate like the old Altec pair). That's not good for me because I combine big hooks with small earbuds, but with this new pair of Altecs it does. This is one size (S, M, L) and cannot be mixed and matched. Headphones poorly made The headphones do not work or only one side works. They're not the best for training because they bounce around and the Bluetooth connection says they can reach each leg, but that's not true either. Noise canceling isn't a feature of these headphones, everyone complains that I tried to make a call. I hope they make a better version of these 4 longer sessions.
