The support is great - I've never had to wait more than an hour for any issue resolved by their team! Their customer service has always been excellent too (even when it's not!). There are so many different features that you can use within this product which makes life easier in general as well. The easy to use interface with many customization options. It's also very intuitive to install and configure. We are able to connect all our PLCs together and create different views of them. We can even monitor some of the devices remotely via mobile apps. The free trial is really helpful to understand how it works.
