Looks good and works great. We're still learning how to shoot, but this thing helps keep our shots accurate. It's built great. I wish there was a stopper on the camera mount to keep it from sliding out all the way. This can lead to a costly mistake if someone is not very experienced with it and forgets to tighten it. Otherwise a great product at a great price.

Very good shoulder gear for the money. The only reason for four stars and not five stars is that the shoulder pad doesn't snap tightly into the plate on the proximal end of the block (near the counterweight), at least that's what I found. Mine fell off on set while I was wearing it and I lost it (it probably got caught on something and broke off). I hope I can find a replacement.

Reliable installation at an affordable price. Great if you need to buy something on the spur of the moment, ready to take pictures. Easily holds my 7d in a follow focus cage with Rokinon cines. The only complaint is that the rubber grips tend to wear out fairly quickly (noticeable after about the first 10 uses). They're like bicycle grips, so long days can leave blisters on your hands. Also the quick release plate is not Manfrotto compatible which is a shame but not a deal breaker.

Very solid construction. This part is worth it. What I don't like is the weight on the back of the shoulder pad, which is difficult to remove. I removed the hex bolts holding the weights because they were too tight. I personally find the back weight too big and would like to take it off and see if I can put the auxiliary dough there.
