The person on the other end hears line hiss when I use them. I will leave her to listen to music but this is not what I expected.

These headphones are a complete fake, this is the third set, they are not durable, after a few days they stop working, I do not recommend them

I will buy again and again. I like that they fit snugly in the ear so you can lie down and continue listening. Call quality is good. The music sounds good. The feel of the product is pleasant.

Very cheap. Both pairs fell apart after a month of use. Not authentic. The headphones I received with the Samsung phone lasted almost 2 years and would have lasted longer if I hadn't flipped them with a shopping cart.

I hate it! I received 2 pairs. 1 pair was completely broken due to the earphone lying on the bottom of the bag. The pair I can use is nothing like the one I have with my S9plus. I would not recommend these at all!

I have bought them several times without problems. With this latest purchase, both devices get a lot of feedback on phone calls to the point where I can't use them anymore. Now I only use them for the gym as I don't take calls there.

These headphones sound great and fit in your ears, but make horrible noises when making calls. I can't hear the noise, but the person I'm talking to can. And I know it's headphones because when I plug in the ones I have with my phone the noise goes away.

So I originally asked for a replacement for this product as I thought I only damaged 1 right out of the box. However, when I used the second pair, they also cracked when talking, and the sound quality was very poor when listening to videos. I DON'T WANT A REPLACEMENT, I WANT A FULL REFUND! Pleasant, the sound is clear but not as loud as we would like. They're good for music, but when I'm watching movies at max volume on my Samsung tablet, I try to turn the volume up. When I use them to make calls, they reverberate in 90% of my calls and I've been told background noise gets louder.

I'll start by saying I love AKGs but they can't be original. When I took them out of the box I didn't like them. I have ordered replacements many times and these have been the worst. Unfortunately I missed my return window. One pair developed a defect and stopped functioning after the 2nd day, while the other pair had one ear defective for a week and the other ear just fell apart.
