4.5 Stars!: Lighting and Ceiling Fans

It doesn't get a full 5 stars for two reasons: First, it's the power connection to the base of the light fixture, which can break easily. off if not careful. This is easy to fix - I just used a black zip tie, but something like a small velcro would work too. Another reason is that the base itself (where the power and settings buttons are located) rotates. I have to hold it with my hand so it doesn't rotate when I move the gooseneck part of the lantern. Not a big problem, but it can be annoying.

The light is pretty good. Controls not great

The light clip allows me to put it where I need it and when the light is on and the right brightness is pleasing it's pretty good. But the touch-to-touch sliders used to turn it on and off and change the brightness are a real problem. Sometimes after pressing it it oscillates to turn it on (or turn it off) so I press it again which makes it turn on and off (or turn off and on again). Then when I click on it, sometimes it also changes the brightness when I don't want it to. And when I want to…

Great light, great price.

I love this lamp! I use a table about 3 feet wide as my main work station and for years struggled with having two different lights on each end to give me enough light to work. It was difficult to draw correctly as each lamp had its own color temperature. This light is long enough and high enough to adequately and evenly cover my entire desk. Amazingly flexible and bright Amazlit LED lamp!

Although the lamp looks large in Revain's photos, it is the perfect size and has a very modern look. It's very thin and flexible. The light is very bright, as you can see in the video when I turn up the brightness with the remote control. The remote control can increase/decrease the brightness as well as the color temperature. Only "good " light.

Lamp OK. Unfortunately there aren't many lamp options that meet my needs, either the cord is too ridiculously short, not UL listed for electrical safety, or the LED lighting is too bright and not quite "eye protection". The main gripe I have with this particular light source is the harsh lighting. I wish it had a different eye care filter and/or shadow around the bright, harsh LED light. It's adjustable so I can tilt it away from me, but that defeats the purpose of lighting your workspace…

This light is good but not perfect, the display is not easy to see and cannot easily change the angle.

Overall I like the lamp, it suits my needs and the gooseneck allows for the light to be directed properly and the base attaches to the back of my desk.
