Overall we love the Spotted Zebra brand but their capris and bike shorts are VERY narrow in the waist. My twins are 2.5 years old. Usually wear size 3T-4T (34 pounds, 3 feet tall). I went up a size and got XS (4/5) assuming they would run small and I was right but I found that they actually only run small around the waist. I bought them to protect them from mosquito bites when playing outside, but they are closer to CAPRIS, they don't even reach her ankles, so she still gets bitten.
