Good medium to strong warmth without heavy material. Excellent bright colors. The sleeves are long enough. My granddaughter is tall and she has some wiggle room too, good thing they are long enough in the body to.! Mix and match with leggings, jeans and skirts.

First I bought the XL for a 9 1/2 year old as reviews thought it was large. She is ordinary, maybe a little petite, but athletic. The XL is great, roomy but not huge. Thank you to all reviewers who took the time to provide relevant information. The fabric is not flimsy, lightweight and great for layering, especially with fleece. elastic. The quality is a little lacking (thin, doesn't stretch in the material to hold its shape, tumbles badly) but my biggest issue is this front collar seam folds forward at a 90° angle to the shirt, not in line with it (see photo).
