I like that it fits my phone. I wish the strap had an elastic band as it is difficult to adjust. It is also difficult to insert/remove the water bottle

Good size 16oz water bottle. I've used this for training and racing (up to a half marathon). It might not be enough for a marathon. It leaks every now and then, but mostly it's because the lid isn't screwed on all the way.

I love that this belt doesn't jump while running. Inserting and removing the bottle while running takes some practice. I've also found that the bottle sometimes leaks if I don't close the cap properly.

I like the bottle holder, the case. Everything about the actual function is great. But adjusting the length of the strap is ridiculous. absolute pain. And usually you need to tighten/loosen your fanny pack due to clothing or gas, no you can't. and if it's too springy, you can't adjust it mid-run. I really wanted to like it. But I usually skip it, grab my old plain fanny pack and carry an amphipod water bottle.

I like that the bottle cage is made of fabric and not one of those plastic clips that break and fit my regular bottles. My cell phone also fits in my pocket. However, this thing is so hard to set up that it's completely useless. Every time you take off or put on a layer of clothing, or if you want to use it without a bottle, or anything else that requires tightening or loosening the strap, take that thing off and wrestle with it for half an hour.
