The cell works great, is clearly labeled and has not caused any problems when used in a small science project. It put out adequate voltage in full light, but I didn't need much current, so I can't comment on how well it hits 30mA.

I bought two of these solar panels. I was able to test them under fluorescent lights and in direct sunlight. Under bright fluorescent light, each cell produced about 3 volts. In direct sunlight they generate just over 6 volts as my voltmeter shows. I am very happy with it. I hope to include them in a sun tracking project.

Just a wonderful product, very clean and well designed. The only thing I need to know is how much can I order, just WOW. I test this little guy in every product I use and for the price how could I be wrong. If you're reading this, you're just wondering what I'm putting in there. Looks good, silicon cells are even and resin coating is immaculate. It generates enough electricity in the room to light up an RGB LED. I bought this to experiment with a solar garden lighting project. I'll let you know when I have more dates. Edit - I use this cell to charge an AA battery that powers a white LED in a ceramic Halloween jack-o'-lantern and it works fine. 2nd Edit - Added a second white LED and this cell keeps it running.
