Amy Byer is always a hit with my daughter and she loves the ruffled pleats and quirky edges. The elastic products in this line are suitable for an extended range of sizes. For example, if you get a size 7/8, it will most likely fit well enough up to a size 5/6 and will continue to fit up to a size 9 or 10.

I bought this skirt to wear to latin dance and it's great for that! The only issues I had were they were a bit long and my heel would catch and pull on my skirt if I lifted my leg past a certain height; I almost choked in the middle of a jive! In addition, the dimensions are also quite strange. I'm an adult woman with a 26" waist and a size Medium, but I should probably go down a size.

My daughter wore this to her first lyrical dance performance. that was cute Not too flowy, but still moves well. Pros: + Elastic waistband perfect for growing kids + A shawl hem makes this skirt perfect for some Halloween costumes and dance divas. + Ideal for layering + Very affordable + Machine washable. The fabric is not dense so I recommend shorts, leggings, tights or a pair of skirt shorts underneath. I think this fabric will shrink in the dryer. I'm drying this skirt right now.
