Although a Southern California resident is an unlikely buyer, I bought the shoe covers because heavy rain was forecast for Wisconsin. They were easy to put on and not too hot to leave until after graduation.

I bought them for the following reasons: price, simple packaging and water resistance. I was on a trip to Ireland and with the unpredictable rain I wanted to pack something light in my backpack so my feet wouldn't get wet. They are great for packing, filling a backpack, waterproof and worth their price.

it's great i like that they are easy to put on and even my ankle supports are an update of the original review while they keep the shoes dry over time a case for the shoe seems being taller than the other one because now it is pulling on my shoes making it difficult to walk which is dangerous as I wear ankle braces and am blind but it keeps my shoes dry

Needed a waterproof/durable cape that is lightweight and comfortable for riding in rain and snow. Easy to pack, easy to use and withstands both snow and rain. Not sure if they are waterproof as the description says as the packaging says they are waterproof but the boots kept my feet dry so everything was fine. Had to order 3x size to wear women's shoes for night hikes so order ahead to get correct size for tennis shoes or hiking shoe covers.

Last year I rode my bike to work five days a week no matter the weather. Although my commute to work is short (3 miles), it's long enough to irritate the rain. These boots (combined with bike mudguards, a waterproof bike jacket and rain pants) help make a ride in the rain fun by providing quick and easy protection for my work/casual/bike shoes. The rubber is thick enough that I'm not worried about my pedals eating it (although I think they take less abuse than someone walking in them)…

These are the best overshoes! The sizes are accurate for the shoe size they cover. I love how easy they are to walk on, they open quickly and the elasticated strap and zipper keep my feet dry. I used them at Walt Disney World last month when there was one of those (very common) summer storms where it rained very heavily for about an hour in the afternoon and then got sunny again. I ordered these to wear over regular shoes and/or dance shoes when attending outdoor dance events where the ground around the stage can be muddy at times. The quality seems good and I think they might fit me except they were too big. The size chart indicates that size L should fit women's shoe sizes 6.5 to 7.5.
