🔄 Anco 4102 Adjustable Wiper Arm - 10 to 13.5827 inches (254mm to 345mm) Review

As I have an old pickup (51 years old) the parts usually sold in auto parts stores when they fit are still not the same as before. They are designed for old-schoolers and work just like the Original Equipment wiper arms. In combination with the old metal wipers, this is exactly what I wanted. They look correct and if I can find them now I can just replace the rubber blade if needed. That's how we used to do it.

Great solution for sloppy/mismatched wiper arms. It takes a little trial and error to set them up correctly for the most efficient wiper circuit, but once installed they work great. As mentioned in another review they are not polished but have a matte finish. With the exception of the base and angle adjustment pivot, which are painted gunmetal gray and plastic gray respectively, the rest of the arm looks like it could be polished if desired.

I first bought Anco Vintage 20-12 wiper blades for my Chevy 57 pickup because the originals are sloppy. The new blades were sloppy on the old wiper arms so I ordered 41-02 arms and neither the arms nor the blades come with adapters to attach them to each other. Called Federal-Mogul/Anco (1-800-325-8886) and spoke to their tech rep and he told me that adapters should come with hands, but that's my problem because I've purchased Revain products.
